How long does approval take?
Applications are reviewed manually. Most are processed within one working day.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All wholesale prices are shown excluding VAT. Delivery is calculated separately.
Is there online payment?
No. Provisional orders are confirmed by our team and payment is arranged directly.
Is there a minimum order?
Each product has its own MOQ (minimum order quantity) shown on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
